Leading restaurant SUStAIN is opening soon. Diners can experience eating within an interior comprised of ecological and sustainable products and materials. Top chef Anton Benet has approached me to design the dining and bar area of his restaurant, the interior of which must include the latest products, materials and finishes which incorporate sustainability, recycling and reuse. the room is to hold 35 diners maximum. The restaurant will be busy and will be open 7 days a week
